 Parent Advisory Council:    
  The QCS-PAC is happy to introduce itself as the 'Parents Voice' in matters
 concerning the welfare and the wellbeing of our children. PAC will work in
 partnership with the school to :
  •    
  •        Provide advice on educational related issues.
     Support the school's efforts in accomplishing its goals and
     Addressing any issues of concern brought up by parents.
 
 We would like to present this website link as an additional information source
 for parents. It is our objective to provide an overview of PAC's activites, answer 
 basic information about PAC and expose parents to issues taking place at the 
 school.
 
 Central of the success of our PAC's partnership with the school is the
 willingness of parents to get involved in the school and with PAC. This will
 impact positively on our children's education. We encourage everyone to come
 out and support our efforts for a better school.

 The council board consists of eight members - four officers (Parents), the Principal,
 Vice-Principal and two teacher representatives for the school:

 PAC News:
 
 PAC holds a meeting once a month in which a good number of parents are thankfully
 involved in. We have great discussions and inputs from parents. We held an informational
 meeting with CNA-Q parents last semester at the college through which we got even more
 parent's attendence and involvement. We will be holding another second semester CNA-Q
 general meeting to reach out to the new and returning parents.
 
 PAC successfully ran it's first Fundraising Event on November 27th, 2010 where we setup a
 booth at the CNA-Q Holiday Bazaar and sold products such as our very own Truly
 Canadian " Tim Horton's ! Coffee " and made good returns.
 
 As you all know all proceedings of any of the PAC run events will go towards student
 program initiatives and activities as needed. Our PAC meetings are usually held on the
 first Tuesday of the month. Your continued support and efforts are greatly appreciated,
 welcomed and encouraged.
