Learning

We offer a caring and supportive environment inclusive of small class size and highly individualized teaching to encourage innovation and creative thought in students. We pride ourselves on encouraging excellence in education and citizenship. We offer an enriched program to students Kindergarten to Grade 8 using the standards based curriculum with clear learning objectives based on the expectations of the Alberta Education program. The core subjects of Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Physical Education and the Arts are taught in English in accordance with the requirements of Alberta Education in Canada.

Alberta has one of the best education systems in the world.
One of the many reasons why is a centralized, high quality curriculum that outlines what students are expected to learn
and be able to do, in all subjects and grades. Alberta's curriculum is designed to help students achieve their individual potential
and create a positive future for themselves, their families and the global environment. Our resources are rich and varied, including technological and manipulative tools, selected to support the programs we offer and to intrigue the creative exploration we encourage in our students.  The learning outcomes were designed to set high standards and to keep
you and your children informed about the progress being made November 12, 2006.
